World Times Institute is Pakistan's premier CSS, PMS, and civil services exam preparation center — running morning, evening, weekend, and online batches, with a 406K+ subscriber YouTube channel. We deployed a tailored stack of AI agents and services to automate the full student lifecycle: from daily current affairs to essay evaluation, content production, and enrollment growth.

WTI serves thousands of CSS and PMS aspirants across 15–20 subjects — running morning, evening, weekend, and online batches simultaneously. Personalized study planning, daily current affairs monitoring, essay and précis evaluation, mock interview prep, and consistent YouTube content production were all done manually. As aspirant numbers grew, the faculty workload became unsustainable and quality began to slip. WTI needed a system that could scale every part of student support without scaling headcount.
Six critical bottlenecks were limiting WTI's scale and student outcomes:
Scans Pakistani and international news feeds daily — Dawn, Geo, Reuters, AP — filters exam-relevant developments, and auto-delivers structured CSS/PMS current affairs digests to every student every morning. Covers Pakistan Affairs, IR, Economics, and General Science papers.
Students submit essays and précis to the evaluation agent. It scores them against FPSC CSS marking criteria — structure, argument quality, vocabulary, and relevance — and returns detailed, actionable feedback in minutes instead of 3–5 days.
Analyses each student's mock test performance across all CSS/PMS subjects, identifies their weakest domains, and generates a personalized weekly study schedule — weighting study time toward deficit areas while maintaining balanced syllabus coverage.
Simulates CSS/PMS viva-voce style panel interviews — asking current affairs questions, Pakistan-specific policy questions, and subject-matter challenges relevant to each student's optional papers. Scores responses, gives confidence-building feedback, and is available to every enrolled student — not just those who can secure a faculty slot.
Built a consistent AI-assisted content production system: weekly YouTube content calendar driven by CSS topic trends and search data, AI-generated video script outlines, thumbnail concept briefs, social clip plans, and upload scheduling — enabling WTI's 406K+ subscriber channel to publish 4× more consistently without increasing production headcount.
Deployed a full-funnel student acquisition system: AI-managed paid campaigns on YouTube, Meta, and Google targeting CSS aspirants across Pakistan; an SEO and content engine driving organic discovery; and intelligent lifecycle email and WhatsApp sequences converting YouTube viewers and website visitors into enrolled students.
WTI's teaching faculty access a knowledge copilot trained on the full CSS/PMS syllabus, FPSC past paper patterns, marking schemes, and subject-specific resources. Instructors get instant answers during class preparation, track class-wide performance analytics, and receive weekly gap reports — reducing prep time by 60% and improving in-class depth.
Before MaxLabs, WTI's faculty were spending more time managing content and answering the same essay feedback questions than they were actually teaching. The current affairs agent alone changed how students approach that paper — every student now arrives to class having already worked through the day's exam-relevant news. For the first time, the YouTube channel publishes every week without chasing production deadlines. And MaxMarketing brought in students WTI never would have reached through word of mouth alone.
Mock test completion per student jumped 5.1x. Essay feedback dropped from 3–5 days to minutes. Faculty time saved from repetitive evaluation reached 71% — freed for live teaching, mentorship, and curriculum depth. Online enrollment conversion grew 2.8x. WTI now operates as a fully AI-augmented institution — every touchpoint from enrollment to exam day is supported, without a single addition to the headcount.
