The Challenge

WTI serves thousands of CSS and PMS aspirants across 15–20 subjects — running morning, evening, weekend, and online batches simultaneously. Personalized study planning, daily current affairs monitoring, essay and précis evaluation, mock interview prep, and consistent YouTube content production were all done manually. As aspirant numbers grew, the faculty workload became unsustainable and quality began to slip. WTI needed a system that could scale every part of student support without scaling headcount.

Before — Pain Points

Six critical bottlenecks were limiting WTI's scale and student outcomes:

  • Essay & précis feedback took 3–5 days — far too slow for students in intensive CSS exam cycles. The backlog demoralised students and reduced practice frequency, directly hurting exam performance.
  • Current affairs monitoring was a full-time manual job — faculty had to scan dozens of Pakistani and international news sources daily, summarize exam-relevant content, and distribute it. There was no scalable system.
